If you are looking for an estimating tool it should really include starter templates to help you get started, but give you the ability to completely customize the categories, descriptions and prices for your specific market and projects.

Nobody in the US wants to call a number and hear a strange accent with a name they can't spell.For outbound marketing: Each day (or night for them) they call your contacts/customers and either collect the information you want, set an appointment to speak with you, or they leave messages on voicemail.

Assuming all the facts are finally on the table at this point, I would opine that the agent involved is disregarding their fiduciary responsibility to their client (the property owner) and possibly violating the realtor(r) code of dealing honestly and ethically with their customer (you).If the agent is unwilling to present an offer, the property owner should get a new agent.
