There is an old saying. ( Use money and love people) and not the other way around.

We love all aspects of real estate from our vantage point as real estate agents, and from the perspective from investors.

We would love insights from anyone who has invested in these areas before.Additionally, we haven't toured any homes in Encore at Reunion and don't know as much about it.

@Arif K.Hire an attorney, stay professional, follow the lease for guidance, and do your best to firmly enforce the lease & have the goal to get her out ASAP.Why is she demanding a 30% reduction in rent?

All this to say I do love tracking progress just to stay motivated if nothing else.
