They seem to have a huge support system and training, at least here in Utah.  

Your broker should have given you some training on this.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

They have a clear goal, have one specific task at a time, can give proper instructions and willing to give trainings.

If you're just going to hang a license and do a transaction or two a year, and you have the training to avoid legal issues, I'd just go  to a 100% firm.
