Do you return the money as a check as soon as they sign the lease, refund the last months rent for the following term, something else?

Hi all, My insurance company sent me an email last night saying they are cancelling my policy on 5/7 mainly due to shingle/roof damage, debris on premise, and miscellaneous maintenance issues.My insurer has mentioned that insurance has become a stricter process.

As per my last post I am looking to purchase my first investment property.

If one wants “control” the last thing one wants is real estate.

People are just more sane in those markets.I was buying foreclosures in King, Snohomish and Piece during the last cycle.

Last but not least, based on the size of the home, I try to find other properties with the same "footprint" that may be "for sale" or have been "sold" which may give you an idea of what the subject property may look like. 

Lastly, if you truly feel the market is going to crash, the only way to hedge against it is to do nothing, or buy in the best locations.
