Less responsibilities to kids and families.

Its part of the reason my wife and kids moved from your state to Arizona , where we had almost every freedom to work and enjoy life.It really must be difficult to deal with tenants that are not paying rent and receiving all the stimulus and other democratic backed  free bee's!

I used this in one of our recent properties in the 'kids' bathroom and it looked a little more unique than traditional 3 x 6.

I am not an expert in land buying but I recently explored the possibility of buying cheap land and to build SFHs for rental.

I believe you can explore commercial lending.

I'm married with soon to be 5 kids, so I need the rest of the space, but when I'm ready to move on, itll provide a great space for larger groups too.Thanks!

@Rick Reeder I agree with @Cameron Tope I think this proposal will see significant push back and if it is adjusted then CPAs, attorneys, asset managers, and real estate investors will have to explore other avenues to delay or mitigate that tax impact.  

Thanks Henry, hope you had an enjoyable holiday. with small kids, we had to watch fireworks online, but glad they didn't wake up!

We are here now and my kids love being at the beach and going to the pool so that is a huge added bonus of vacation rentals.
