Hi All,

I am 23 years old... and my future goal is to be able to live off passive income. I have a full time job so I have some money but not much yet to be able to put down on a duplex, tri, quad, etc. I am to buy a duplex first. Any recommendations on steps? I want to do something with a very very low amount down. Anyone have any recommendations?
