We got more detail on the property - it's a lot more suitable for an end-user who wants to refurbish it or a rehabber with deep pockets.The seller's terms are not attractive at all as they are asking for an all cash transaction with a 35% downpayment.

I thought the water on the floor after my showers was "user error" but despite my diligence in making sure the liner was stretched all the way across and tucked around, the water kept appearing... in the middle of the tub length no less.
