Human compassion trumps profit under these circumstances. 

In most cases with this type of appraisal, investors will pay a bit extra to have a real human being look at the results the algorithm has generated and make adjustments so that the comps would be more representative of the subject property, if possible. 

@Chris Seveney, we buy them from both, lots of dealers will sell them quickly to you before they bring them back to their lot for storage, we usually just buy off of local Facebook or craigslist and they are getting harder to come by, its like note investing the more relationships you have the easier it will be to find deals.if you have any junky ones in Florida please let me know since we are looking to go this way more often.good luck
