Now Hurricane Beryl is coming and is currently tracking it's path to come right towards where our house is. 

I am also adding another bath in another portion of my house and expanding the bedrooms.

I have some General Contractors I know in the area I partner with to help new investors get financing and flip houses.

Plus, it gets people coming to you looking to sell their house instead of you chasing them.

Also I am considering purchasing a yearly plan and request for a prorated refund once I flip the house.

Are you comfortable having someone wandering around your house?

We could sell this one, purchase the new house with a couple of small rentals but I do not believe we could get a similar cash-flow.

It's crazy...when I went to sheetrock my first house, I told the contractor not to texture...he looked at me like I was nuts
