I am confident the skills acquired during this first purchase will set me up for great success in my next and help build a solid foundation for long-term investing. 

I do have a solid plan and I'm very confident in making a purchase I wont hesitate.

The worst deal was probably a forclosure that I bought in 2012 and it needed extensive work - at the time we had already gotten good at rehabs and I got a little too confident with what we can do and I took on a house that was in really bad shape and needed a huge amount of work. 

They might not answer every question you have regarding purchasing a multi-family but they give you enough general info to feel confident about real estate investing in general.

Or maybe just not 100% confident yet.

I am open to this structure to a certain extent as I'm very confident in my ability.LOL...I actually know Jason very well and just met with him last week.
