Help with my first Real Estate Investment
Hello Sorry for my broken english
Im want to buy an investing real estate property, im a first time home buyer so qualified for the 3.5% downpayment. what would be my best options to invest? single family? quadplex? duplex? because i think one of the requisite to be able to invest with 3.5% down is that i need to leave there for one year? Please advice! i would appreciate it!
thank you so much everyone have a great dayI

hi, @Juan Gonzalez, welcome to BP. Search the forums for "house hacking" there's lots of great info here.
I would recommend a 4-plex as they provide the most income against relatively static expenses. Problem with a duplex is your costs are only spread against 2 units. I doesn't cost any more to cut the grass at a 4-plex than it does at a duplex.
Good luck and don't worry, your English is fine.
