I’ve learned quite a bit about real estate investing and many different strategies but I’m having a hard time deciding which strategy is best for me to start with.

It comes in different risk forms and many have lost on either or both.

Besides performing your own due diligence, I would reach out to your self-directed IRA custodian for their investment forms as the forms will often list what the IRA custodian will need to process the investment.
