It only happened because my wife kept calling up the food chain until a Regional VP called the folks we were working with and made it happen, but they missed their last deadline even so...So, good rate but a big negative on all else for US Bank.

Nothing happened.As I mentioned, I was talking to a co-worker at the time about my dilemma, and she told me the mortgage holder for her home actually sent inspectors to check.

@Cleotha EuwinsIf he is funding the majority of the property all you need to do is talk to a title company/closing attorney and have them put him as primary lien holder or first position lien on the property and you get put on title.
