I would personally never go... but I assume many do this them selves.But now that I think about it here in Orygun I think evictions are handled all in one day each week that type of thing and in eviction specific courts.seems like a target rich environment and if it is like I am thinking heck hang out at eviction court a few days a month.. that don't cost nuttin and pick up leads from burnt out landlord syndrome folks.our areas are not as renter dominated in the SFR realm most evictions probably I would say 90% or so will be from apartments.. so could be a good way to snag a tired multi family owner..

No, if you inherit someone's whole life policy then it's great, but there is a lot more you can do with your cash than give it to an annuity company with the hopes of a return, especially in an environment with 2.3% 10 year Treasury Bonds.With the $15k up front cash they want, pay for a down payment on some rental, or buy $15k worth of a dividend stock like GE.

No, I only passed that area when I go fishing but never looked for the addresses, I like the prices, looks good, Texas City is not bad area, the risk I can see and something you need to cover with insurance is hurricanes if there is any.
