@Jasmine Hu I think both strategies can be very profitable in the historic district of Jax. 

That said, I am preparing for a protest to the county's appraisal district.

Then look up all addresses on that street in the appraisal district and look up length of ownership.

Fort Worth is a strong rental market as is Arlington, most of the school districts are not as good as areas of North Dallas and the surrounding suburbs.

The plan is to use it as a short term rental as it is less than a mile from State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District.
