The location was excellent and I new we needed to dive head first even if the numbers weren't a perfect "deal".

I will say that I have a long track record as a customer and borrower along with excellent credit. 

A "good excel program" is of course Microsoft Excel. 

He threw a hissy fit over it just for a show and probably hung up the phone and bragged to whoever was around.Even if that didn't happen, he is still CLEARLY using you.

Rentometer is excellent but only seems to work for estimating long term rentals vs estimating short term rental income through Air Bnb / VRBOI use Beyond Pricing for Air Bnb but that is a service that helps me maximize price once I have purchased the property.
