Did you ever get this resolved?

I’m a landlord and my tenant is asking if I can change the shower head in the bathroom.

I would really check into your market before changing anything!

Seems like the rates wouldn't have changed enough in that timeframe to significantly impact your numbers, but I don't know any specifics of the deal.

They said they cannot change their schedule.

Apparently I can’t count income from mobile home and income from storage units changes the type of loan and the property won’t cash flow with just the income from the single family.

It seems like the changes would be easy to explain to a buyer + them knowing a licensed contractor did it.

They're definitely working right now, but wondering if it's something that we should stick our ground on.The plumber we had come out estimated 4.8k for the pipe changes and stated it should be redone within the next few years.
