I will say that the environmental regulations for drinking water are no joke.

Real rents, real lending issues, environmental issues, crime and other problems.  

Found a very cute Tudor style solid brick Cape 2 bedroom 1 bath Single Family that I am buying for a long term hold.

We use our transient life style (active duty military) as a bonus.

However, I'll probably find many more "comps" that are similar in design, age and style, but have 3BR.For example about "it's all relative"...consider a three bedroom home that is 900 sq. ft. or less.
