This is good, but I imagine it is very slow...and while the legal process is grinding along, roofs are caving in and some properties are surely passing the point of no return.

Even with family there in Tacoma, I would pass.

I'm wondering if i should bother spending $500 for a real estate class that will present me with a license if i pass the test.

The penalty fee is the same regardless of how much time has passed since the auction, so the investor can earn a 25 percent profit in two days or two months.

So you have the property and now you need to make the property pass inspections for the assisted living permit/license that you need in order to operate the business.

I guess my question is what do you do when you go to see a property and you just don't know about plumbing and electric, and passing inspection in those areas as well. that is the big question mark.
