That is the only additional paperwork I can recall for S8.The annual inspection ensures the primary features of the property work and the property is safe. 

Unfortunately, all the utilities have been turned off and the seller (bank) won't turn them back on for our lender to ensure that the place is live-able.

My CPA has been very thorough to ensure no errors are made.

Do they ensure the property is kept in good shape? 

I was thinking about getting something fairly streamlined and integrated with Gmail for efficiency and that allows you to add contacts without having received an email first.
