Would like some advise here I’m under contract for a quadraplex, during the inspection period I had a property inspector find a few issues, damage to the ceiling from a prior leak , safety issue with the stability of a staircase , and mold in the laundry area.

one thing you can do is simply don't buy homes with basements.. older homes basements will always leak will always have some cracking etc..

I purchased the docs that were recorded with the State, but we cannot find any indication of what the principal was at the time, and it won't even tell us the new loan number that Nation Star assigned to the loan.
