Full disclosure - that is not what we have used, but it seems to get the job done.We did take the time to consult a designer on furnishings and got professional pictures, which seems obvious until you look at your competition, and our unit has booked within a week of listing both times that it has been available.

@Michael D Valadez, Unfortunately as you found, the Chicago Zoning Designations are a little odd in that the "3" in the RS-3 Zoning does not at all mean that it allows for 3-Unit residences.
