Property Management - Central Ohio Area
Good Morning.
I am a new investor. I have to rental properties in the Springfield/Xenia area. I have been managing them myself so far but I am ready to pass that work to someone else.
I am looking for some guidance on what to expect for property management fees and the services provided. I am still wanting to manage all the tenant screening and so forth and am really just looking for the management of the property (mowing, maintenance on major mechanicals, responding to needs, and occasional inspection that the property is being cared for).
Just looking for a little guidance on what to expect or negotiate with a local handyman.
Thank you for your insight!

Average is 8-10% of rents. I noticed your comment about a local handyman. The skillsets required to be a PM are very different from the skillsets required to be a contractor. Be sure to look for an actual PM.
