What kind of MF are you looking for?

It will be a LP, GP partnership structure with a promote, so I will need someone that done this kind of structure in the past.Please let me know if there is anyone you recommend.Cheers,Zach Feldman

If you go to meet ups you will find plenty of OOS investors, common in expensive markets like the one we are in.

The kind of properties that are in my price range mostly seem like they would not see much appreciation in the foreseeable future.So If you were me what would you do?

All that would have done normally is double the 1031 exchange fees to them which is kind of hinkey.   

I have it listed at $230k, which I honestly think is kind of high, but I also feel that it's supported by...-310 S.

The doors are grade level with only a 10' clear height.It is currently 30% vacant but I've been told this is because they are using a big firm to lease and manage the space, who apparently aren't doing a good job on these kinds of properties.

I enjoy doing it, I rent to section 8 tenants and love the kind of cash flow my units produce; I think my favorite part of self-managing is that every time I visit my properties I am reminded of how absolutely amazing my life is and how bad I could have it.
