Check with post housing and see if there are any COLA adjustments, I don't think you're in a high cost of living area and check on availability of housing for upper grades. :)

Hi Karen and Joel, I am not a Social Media VA, but I think Facebook and Google+, are great tools for Marketing your available properties.I have a client that does Rehabs and she will post the before and after pictures of the properties; then she will post when they are available.I think those 2 Social Media sites are great platforms for Property Management and New Construction.

You WILL have to file them once the property is placed available for rent.There really is not much you can do being that the property was not ready and available for rent.

So someone set a wrong flag somewhere for it to pop up on Zillow as "active & available".Steve Babiak, I haven't seen this property do don't know if I want it or not I was more curious why it was listed with no price seemed it was not really ready but in a staging area.
