@Luis Arellano I charge a flat rate of $50 a month and also know many  other landlords that do the same with no complications.

Among many things, I look at how the cabinets are attached to the walls, the detail of the plumbing repairs, how flat the floors are, etc.

It will be a different process, but an altogether smoother one in most people's experience.So, if it is important to you all to build a house or remodel, then you may be safe there.

Point is it's actually more than you think when you add it all up.That said 5% flat would be a very tough sell for only 20 units.
