In Charleston were I build.. price points 500 to 2 million all of those go conventional of course and I would say 20% go for cash or huge down payments.. and all have sold either in framing or within weeks of C O.. 

Then check their reviews on all of the sites and their transaction history on Zillow.

BTW, I used a elderly neighbor keeping an eye on a triplex for some small compensation, and over the long run, things that he notices because he's on site that I can't would save on fines, lawsuits over slips and falls etc.

It took me a little over 30 days to receive both certificates.Upon receiving the certificates I had to visit the Jefferson County Tax Assessors office so that the county could update the records.The entire process took approximately two months.What's Next:Now the waiting game.
