Talk to someone experienced in flipping in your area and maybe a good investor agent about the ARV.

@Amanuel Gebrelibanos I assume you are working with an investor friendly (knowlegable) agent to find your property.

I recommend working with an investor-friendly agent to help you figure out the market before analyzing any deals.

I wonder how many of you buyers now pay 2-2.5% buyer's agent fee VS. buy without an agent/ or negotiating a lower fee with an agent. 

I am starting to build out a site to help with an agent's lead collection and online brand.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a real estate agent that has experience with VA Loans (specifically- assumable VA loans)?
