I am starting to build out a site to help with an agent's lead collection and online brand. The lead collection will be done with an online form the agent could leave open on their iPad or laptop for individuals to fill out when they visit an open house. This will skip the step of having to deal with hand written sign ins. The second branch of the site will be a platform to create a personal web page that will hold all of the agent's social media link (kind of like linktree). There will also be a form for potential leads to enter their information for you to reach back out to them. The personal page will also allow for the agent to post their listings for the leads to easily look through. Going back to the open house form, the agent will be able to set the form to connect to a specific listing so each lead will be organized by listing. Before I continue developing, would this be a useful addition to an agent's toolbox? Thanks!
