Has anyone used Fusion private lenders??

They're considered riskier since Fannie won't buy them but they are still legal. that makes sense.. after all I am usually the only private lender in the mortgage CE the rest are all doing fannie freedie usda VA stuff ..thanks for clarifying..

For a quick example if a HML provides 75% of the loan for my deal do i have to provide the remaining 25% with private lending or my own cash?

I pay my son and his friend (son does not have drivers license) to collect monthly ($15/month - they drive slightly close by to get reptile food weekly) but dealing with repairs is still a hassle. 

They can't compete with private investors especially those who do their own work. 

Can you provide your business license, tax id number, insurance certificate and driver’s license?

Anybody ever use the private lenders, cash buyers list from MyHouseDeals.com?

As I'm learning, I'm happy to lend my experience in underwriting private money and corporate real estate management and dispositions where I can and where it makes sense.
