There's essentially no LTR market as it's in the middle of nowhere and the town is pretty picky about keeping property values up so you don't have a bunch of trailer parks or apartments.

I will have to keep the water in my name but I was also just thinking of keeping the electric in my name as well since there is just one dryer and I don't want one of my tenants to have to pay for the other one's dryer usage.

Sadly, I've seen this happen where a company spends time and money to get a judgement, then files a garnishment on their paycheck, and the person just files bankruptcy.
