I personally would not even tell them the address.

There's essentially no LTR market as it's in the middle of nowhere and the town is pretty picky about keeping property values up so you don't have a bunch of trailer parks or apartments. 

I will have to keep the water in my name but I was also just thinking of keeping the electric in my name as well since there is just one dryer and I don't want one of my tenants to have to pay for the other one's dryer usage. 

@Ray Dixon 5k is not enough, but I would connect with STR Investors in your area and offer help that way you keep building capital while learning more about the business. 

Do an investment mortgage or a second home mortgage and keep it in your personal name.

There is still some seasonal factors but there are enough draws to the area year round to keep the properties stable and renting well!

We plan to keep our personal residence and investment properties here in Colorado Springs and enjoy both the beach and the mountains!

Sadly, I've seen this happen where a company spends time and money to get a judgement, then files a garnishment on their paycheck, and the person just files bankruptcy.
