Is anyone aware of a lender who will do a loan on a multifamily property (3+ units) in Minnesota at less than 25% down?  We will not be occupying the home, so FHA won't work.

A good tactic I found is calling the agent or agents who have sold houses at the price you're looking to sell in the neighborhood and asking them what they did to market those particular houses.
