Found our last batch on sale at lumber liquidators for less than $2/ ft. 

I've never invested with Nighthawk but took Michael's "Platform Builders" course/program last year, I thought it was high quality and my team and myself got a lot out of it.

Lastly I dont think folks understand that there is a huge supply issue and if everyone who went to a training actually went to work there simply is not enough RE to go around especially in the distressed asset space.
