Different people have different experiences I guess.They replaced my HVAC interior coil, fan, exterior capacitor, compressor and fan for $180 (service fee plus freon).Replaced my fridge due to a door warmer that went out.  

I have rehab 5 houses but all of them were cbs construction then  no experience with frame or wood siding. the interior walls are plaster. do you have an idea about possible issues and their cost thanks. single family , 3/2, around 210k purchase price . arv around 280 . thanks

After all I put in it (new hardwood floors, appliances, Interior Painting, fixtures and TLC) I came out ahead by maybe 8k.

@Chris T.The updates to the house will cost around $8000-9000, including new kitchen countertop, appliances, interior painting, new carpeting, etc.  

New roof done in 2016 and "recently upgraded interiors".

There's new paint in most of the house (interior & exterior).
