great schools, best zip code in jupiter  area, 

the comps are good but just to know the exterior wall is frame scares the hell out of me , i just think about termites... I have rehab 5 houses but all of them were cbs construction then  no experience with frame or wood siding. the interior walls are plaster. do you have an idea about possible issues and their cost thanks. single family , 3/2, around 210k purchase price . arv around 280 . thanks
