Therefore, the seniors have to rely on assistance from the government.Animals do not have the ability to plan their financial future, (sane) adults do, but the entitlement mentality has already passed onto Gen Y (my generation), which is truly a sad state of affairs.Although I know nothing about politics and don't really follow it, i think its interesting to scroll through facebook and see my high school or college friends who aren't doing well financially, and might I add always blame others for their troubles, are overwhelmingly promoting and peddling Bernie Sanders.

Setting aside the physician-specific things, I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen a current full time college student qualify for a normal mortgage, excluding those times they were married to a spouse (or otherwise had a coborrower) with income.Good luck.

Sorry for the delayed reply @The only special thing about this home is location and convenience to campus, it's only a 2 min drive from campus, 5-10 min bike ride, neighborhood is decent with other college rentals.
