@Lisa Kattenhorn I hadn't seen it, but it's not surprising, that's probably one of the things they threw the Realtor PAC to make them happy.It's also consistent with what I know about fair housing enforcement; years ago I was told (in a fair housing class) that owner occupants are expected to obey the "spirit" but not necessarily the "letter" of the fair housing laws, because they will have to live next to whoever they select.I'm certainly not an attorney and that was years ago, but it does make a certain amount of sense.
