I am looking at Midtown for single-family and I think those properties cash flow pretty nicely because they are so cheap but are near some pretty large medical facilities and the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

The last thing I want is a "pissed off broker" complaining to the RE Commission re: any of my students, the student getting a cease and desist order from acting as a real estate agent, THEN having a black mark on your record, perhaps PREVENTING the person getting a license in the future.
