It's really easy to misunderstand, and it can cost you HUGE if you put the wrong numbers or things into the contract.Real Estate Commissions are typically paid for by the seller of the property.

The way I figure it is...with getting so few houses under contract at the price point I'm bidding, there's likely to be things wrong...and it's not that I wont do a deal if there's problems...it will just change the financials of the deal.

JeffI never look at the price that is where most investors go wrong they get a great deal bought it for 100 its worth 150 but it does not cash and coasts them monthly and when thing go wrong they are in real trouble.
