Even though I am not an agent I find this interesting in that Tn requires a licensee holder to reside in the state.

I have plans to change to other visas that allow me to stay longer, just didnt happen yet..I always rent 2 or 3 br places and share them with roommates, but they are in my name, and those bills have always been paid on time.

If the "Debit card" is some type of visa or master card then there are lots of payment options.

Does the property go to the Judgement lien holder (not the mortgage company) or does it go to  the county? 

You could start with a call the note holder and ask them if they have any guidelines, just to get you started.

The county actually provides title searches and in looking at this one, there are no other lean holders on it.

Consider where things like towel bars, TP holder, etc. would go along with the vanity size and moving around within the space.

And with my use of the word Owner/Seller in relation to this transaction, I also include the Mortgage Holder/s - so the Selling Agent HAS to ensure that their Client (Seller/Owner/Lender) gets Maximum available return (and if you are an Agent who has the required "bird in the hand" that the Agent is looking for and is being paid by their Client to find, your ethics should be obliging you to help THAT Agent meet their obligation!
