Yes there are some, but there is still a lot to grab.We have an artificial tree we put up and decorate, lots of garlands, signs etc.

Have no idea who's right & wrong here, but if you're going to speak negatively about someone, you should share better facts.The tenant destroyed the floors, some of the walls, appliances and urine smell all around the house, burnt a tree which clearly shows the quality of tenant.

Just make sure you are checking on your roof from time to time, not letting tree branches rub on your roof causing damage, check on the roof jacks to make sure the seals haven't broken and you should be good to go.
