Questions about bite marks should be directed to a medical provider.Bed bugs bites often occur on the arms, shoulders, neck and legs.The bite can usually be seen as a red bump, up to a centimeter in size and without a red puncture mark in the middle.The bites may occur in lines or as a cluster of three or four.

I assume you're looking at buy and hold, so you have to think about what non-cosmetic things will be coming up down the road that will eat into your profit, or in the case of the current numbers, put you deep into the red.

Most have wiring in for the lender deposit to pay for reports and expected attorney legal fees but if it's application fees and other junk fees then it can be a red flag.There are certain lenders who make money taking fees and not hardly closing anything or re-trading terms mid deal. 

While Folsom and Rocklin might be great places to live, investing in a sfr in those locations will most likely put you in the red for a while.

If nothing else, these raise a few red flags for the future.

Personally I am no fan of white, more dark red / cherry for me.

If they buck, that's a huge red flag.

More practically, I suggest burnishing your credit until it sparkles, paying off high-interest consumer debt(if you have any,) reading and listening to podcasts(and definitely avoiding the high-priced 'guru' classes,) and saving up for a downpayment.
