There is probably a lot of Volcano Front Property that can be bought economically on the big island!

I am looking to buy a rental/vacation home in Havasu, but want to get to know the market.My fiancé has been vacationing in Havasu his whole life, but I have only been going the last five years and we pretty much stay to the island and the water.

I currently work as a full-time Operations Manager for a Business Solutions, Equipment, Chemical and Paper company off of Swan Island which keeps me pretty busy.

My husband (Brian) and I are new investors in Whidbey Island, WA.  

My new home is in Long Island, but the real estate values in this area are much higher, and tend to fluctuate a lot, mostly following the trends of other economic indicators. 

Being on an island the only other thing to do would be to do it long distance which would be very difficult to my knowledge but I am willing to learn!

Another thought Asha is the rolling islands you can buy at your box store to add some countertop space for cheap.

My crystal ball says that 40% move to Tahiti, 20% to Bahamas, 20% an upcoming island and 10% to Mars, thanks to SpaceX..
