In my market houses sell quickly, so I've missed a lot of properties because the realtor was a day or 2 late.get your own license problem solved.realtors dont show houses much anymore especially to investors.. driveby walk around it make an offer subject to home inspection thats how its done.. buyer does the leg work not the agent in this modern real estate worldalso in Vegas and most markets agents are not showing houses with social distancing maybe you heard we have this virus thing going around
