There is a search bar at the top right of the window (on a PC at least).

I have windows professionally cleaned so the glisten.  

And if the bedroom window doesn't have a fireescape ladder (which might be off the living room) then I I'm not sure it would be allowed.

Obviously I used my best judgment but do you look for old windows or no updates? 

Some have value, most are just peddling snake oil.Because of the feedback I found here on BP forums, I hired an awesome window / guard service based out of Chicago to protect a property under renovation and I avoided altogether a national wholesaler business here in Atlanta.
