Because after I run the number I usually only have 150 for cash flow which in my opinion is not worth it and won't account for raised property taxes

The form was that we agreed to pay a $325 service fee to our agent.

Remember that deal worked for the company because it had unused capacity that would fully service the trucks.

Hey Jonathan,I work for a local government in the midwest in the city's development services department.  

So I can't recommend a contractor in your area but I up until recently I provided snow removal services in mine.

Plus, in this market I'm always happy for a turnover because I can raise the rent with impunity.

Prosper has found over time that very few investors are using the secondary market and, as such, has made the decision to no longer offer this service.
