I'm looking at a particular property that has a junior note going up for auction for $25K, and there is a senior performing mortgage for $150K....is it possible to buy the $25K note and then pay off the senior mortgage, and hope the homeowner doesn't redeem within 6 months?

When you see the notice of sale in the paper, you can do your homework on the property (if it is decent), but can you easily find it if there are any senior liens to the one being sold?

Currently, I work at Comcast as a Senior Financial Analyst, but I am looking to break in to the real estate/construction industries as this is my true passion.

In our area, a new senior assisted living facility is all ADA compliant and the monthly rents and care go for $8,000+ per month per resident these are biomedically isolated units so no COVID-19 spreading between the sick.

It keeps getting loose from the floor and he said I (a disabled senior) move the toilet myself just to make him pay for a plumber.
