Our commitment to sweat equity caused us to  miss out on most weekends and even a few holidays.

My goal for this property is to be a relaxing place to unwind after a stressful week of work and enjoy the gracious mountain views that north Georgia has to offer.

In a "regular" business you shouldn't be paying for personal items with company money, aside from what mom and pop shops due to maximize deductions, but reduce the legitamacy of their business...Anyway, enjoy the holiday weekend. 

I'm putting this together monthly starting in January (so everyone can get through the holidays). 

With a per night cost of $99 to start and some nights a higher amount, holidays, weekends etc.

It's only interesting for people who are happy to have a holiday place in the middle of nowhere for their own use.

I can be relaxed but be ready at all times to go if I have to.

Holidays would get peak price.
