I rapidly built up to 1000 apartment units during the 2000's and subsequently lost them in the downturn. 

In a rapidly rising or falling market these values will be a little behind the times.

There is always an evolution, not just with marketing, but with your whole business.

Looks like probate is going to outweight foreclosures in terms of mailers per person.Apparently foreclosures are not cool anymore, every guru in town is teaching probates - expect rapidly increasing competition :woohoo:

I am over by Grand Rapids.

This was about 4 years ago, but the prices seem to be increasing quite rapidly.
