Well after their environmental "study" we had to keep 30' back from a bunch of good for nothing thorn trees to preserve some alleged rare species of bird (probably sparrows ,lol).

Tell him you do not buy houses that are listed but the second it is not listed anymore to contact you.Give them your number your email your address, a piece of your hair, a nail clipping, and an eyeball if you have to.He will reach out to you when that piece of pooples doesn't sell on the market!
